How It Works
Creating a fabulous personalized announcement or card with Sugarhouse Ink is easy! Just follow the simple steps below and you’ll be on your way to sending out the most stylish announcements for your occasion.
1. Have a look through the galleries and find a design you love or send us an email to order a completely custom design (more about custom designs here).
2. When you find a design you love, click the “click here to order” text below it. This will take you to the order page.
3. On this page you’ll tell us who you are, how many cards you want to order, what size and style, etc. This is also the place to let us know if you would like any changes to the design, colors or fonts. Fill out the entire form and click the “order” button at the bottom.
4. You should arrive at a “Thank You” page, letting you know the order has been successful.
5. We’ll email you to let you know we’ve received your order and give you instructions on how to submit your photos.
6. Within 48 hours of receiving your photos, we’ll send you a proof. You can request any changes necessary until you’re happy with the design.
7. When you have approved your final proof, we’ll send you an invoice and instructions with how to pay securely via your chosen payment method (google checkout or paypal).
8. When payment is received we will process and ship your order! Check the pricing page to find out how fast your order will be shipped. (this varies depending on type of card ordered)
